Mark Payne, Founder of Barred Rock Group

Mark Payne, founder of Barred Rock Group, is a Dallas, TX native. He has an undergraduate degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree (MBA) from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Payne, a serial entrepreneur, brings multiple decades of experience from the aviation, transportation, agriculture, real estate, and construction industries to Barred Rock Group. Having lived in Mexico and Central America, he is also considered a Latin American regional expert.
